After graduating from Texas A&M in 1987, Christi Woods began her career
at KTRH and KLOL. While working in radio, she branched out into the
music industry as a show producer and artist manager. After leaving radio
in 2001, she focused on producing music series and festivals and began
working in band merchandise. While working as a booking agent for Texas
Music artists and talent buyer for several Texas venues, she began to
develop strong relationships with several regional Texas Music artists and
decided to focus on producing band merchandise on a full-time basis.
Working “both sides of the fence,” has given Christi a unique perspective
when it comes to interpreting what a band really wants in their
merchandise line. While her company, Atomic Merch, primarily provides
screen printing and embroidery services, they also source a lot of other
services, such as digital printing, tackle twill appliqué, custom tie-dye,
transfers, stickers, koozies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc…
